These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ToolHub website and the tools it provides. By accessing or using ToolHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

ToolHub is a free collection of file utilities — merging and splitting PDFs, compressing files, converting images and documents, and similar tasks. Every tool runs entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript. We do not operate a server that receives, stores or processes your files, and no account is required to use the tools.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ToolHub only for lawful purposes and only on files you own or have permission to process. You must not use the site to infringe intellectual property rights, process unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or otherwise interfere with the website's normal operation.

Intellectual property

The ToolHub name, design, layout and original code are the property of their respective owner. You may use the tools for your own personal or business file tasks, but you may not copy, redistribute or resell the website itself as your own product without permission.

Third-party open-source libraries

ToolHub relies on open-source JavaScript libraries (for example pdf-lib, pdf.js, jsPDF, JSZip and others) that are loaded from third-party content delivery networks. Those libraries are provided by their respective authors under their own licences, and your use of them is subject to those licences. ToolHub is not responsible for third-party libraries or CDNs.

No warranty

ToolHub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the output will meet your requirements. Because processing happens on your own device, results can vary with your browser, device and the files you provide. Always keep a backup of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolHub and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including loss of data or files — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website or its tools.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of ToolHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
