Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information ToolHub does — and does not — collect when you use the tools on this website. In short: ToolHub is built to be private by design, and your files never leave your device.

Your files stay on your device

Every tool on ToolHub — merging PDFs, splitting pages, compressing files, converting images and everything else — runs entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript. The files you open are read locally on your own device and are never uploaded, transmitted, stored or logged on any server. Because processing happens on your machine, we never see, receive or have access to the contents of your documents or images.

Information we do not collect

We do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email address or any personal details to use the tools. We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we do not collect it in the first place.

Local storage

ToolHub uses your browser's local storage to remember non-sensitive preferences, such as your chosen colour theme and layout style. This data stays in your browser on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

Third-party libraries (CDNs)

To keep the download small and fast, some tools load open-source JavaScript libraries from third-party content delivery networks (for example jsDelivr and Cloudflare). When a library is fetched, your browser makes a standard web request to that CDN, which may see your IP address and browser information as part of delivering the file. These requests carry only the library file — never your documents. Please refer to the respective CDN providers' privacy policies for how they handle such requests.

Cookies and analytics

ToolHub does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in the future to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (such as page views), this policy will be updated to describe them and any choices available to you.

Children's privacy

ToolHub is a general-purpose utility website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
